Import and export supervisor: (working in Shanghai)
Operating duty:
1. Manage customs broker to ensure KPI targets are met and SOP are followed. Support 3PL monthly KPI and billing confirmation.
2. Customs and CIQ special case solving, cross-function communication, find issues and improve the processing.
3. Responsible for company import and export issue, and ensure company business is under customs and CIQ compliance.
4. Lead and monitor import and export processing and tariff database management.
5. Collect import and export statistics and report to line manager.
6. Lead on policy tracking and disseminate regulatory changes (actual and proposed).
7. Support to broker selection and implementation to meet business growth requirements.
